研究领域

冯雪博士长期从事光电子器件方面的研究工作,已经发表学术期刊和会议论文超过100篇。2009年以后瞄准信息光电子领域的前沿,以实现新一代集成光电功能器件为目标,从基础理论和基本物理现象入手,针对可能带来突破性进展的新结构和新机理开展了研究工作。目前的主要研究内容包括集成光学轨道角动量器件、新型光子集成器件和光子集成回路。
