科研工作
主要从事半导体纳米激光、纳米光电子器件的研究工作,主持及参与国家重点研发计划子课题,国家自然科学基金“重大研究计划重点项目”,“面上项目”,北京市自然科学基金(数理专项)等多项任务研究,在Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Photonics、Science Advances等期刊发表多篇论文,其中室温运转硅基二维材料纳米激光研究成果曾获“2017年度中国光学十大进展”。
