Prof. Yidong Huang and Prof. Wei Zhang attended “3rd Yangtze Delta Optoelectronics Forum” at May 21, 2023，where Prof. Huang participate in the roundtable dialogue on "Optoelectronic Innovation and Integrated Development of government, Industry, University and Research" as a guest.

The forum was co-sponsored by Nantong City and the Department of Information Technology Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Optical Society, and the Bejing University Yangtze Delta Institute of Optoelectronics. Mr. Ruxin Li, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, was invited to give a talk entitled "Exploration and Practice of Coordinating and Promoting the Talent Training of Education, Science and Technology". Ying Gu, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chairman of the Chinese Optical Society, Yuanning Gao, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and dean of the School of Physics of Peking University, Liu Qing, director of the National Innovation Center par Excellence and president of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, and other well-known experts and representatives of venture capital institutions attended the forum. The forum released the achievements of the Peking University Yangtze Delta Institute of Optoelectronics in recent three years, and held the opening ceremony of the Yangtze Delta Innovation Center of Optoelectronics in Nantong Innovation District and the launching ceremony of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of Optoelectronic Industry.
