Research Summary
Dr. Xue Feng has published more than 140 papers on academic journals and conferences with topics of optoelectronic devices. From 2009, he is dedicated to the integrated optoelectronic devices with nano/micro structure on silicon platform. The main research interests include:
Integrated orbital angular momentum (OAM) emitter and noval optoelectronic device on silicon substrate.
Universal linear optical operations on discrete phase-coherent spatial modes and the applications on both classical and quantum computing.
