Professor Yidong Huang and Ph. D students gave talks in the Conference on Laser and Electro-Optics 2022 (CLEO2022)
The Conference on Laser and Electro-optics (CLEO) is organized by Optica (formerly Optical Society of America). It is the largest and the most renowned international conference in the field of laser and optoelectronics. Its topics cover fundamental research and applications in industries. In this year, CLEO2022 was held in May 15-20, 2022, and organized as a hybrid conference. Professor Yidong Huang gave an invited talk in CLEO2022, introducing recent progresses of Nano-OptoElectronics Lab on micro/nano-structured optoelectronic devices. The title of the talk was “Novel optical devices based on photon manipulation in nanostructure”. Meanwhile, three Ph. D. students gave oral presentations in CLEO2022, introduce the latest results of their researches. The titles of their presentations are as follows
Jiawei Yang, Topology-Optimized Plasmonic Metasurfaces for Angle-Insensitive On-Chip Spectral Imaging. (Optical Metasurfaces III, 3692602)
Jingyuan Zheng, A Single-Photon-Sensitivity Spectrometer Based on Metasurfaces. (Single-Photon Detectors, 3695615)
Rong Xue, Measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution of frequency-nondegenerate photons (QKD, 3703924)
