On the morning of December 24, 2022, the 3rd Graduates Gatherings of our lab. was held. More than 40 graduates from all over the country and all walks of life got together online.

Prof. Yidong Huang, Wei Zhang, Xue Feng, Fang Liu, Kaiyu Cui, Hao Sun, and Yongzhuo Li attended the gathering. Prof. Yidong Huang reviewed the development process of the laboratory in frontier research, research awards, national major projects and enterprise cooperation projects over the past year, and said that it will further promote high-level scientific research, facing the national major science and technology needs and the main battlefield of the national economy, and actively carry out frontier innovation research. Other faculty members introduced their latest international leading research results on silicon based quantum integrated chip and quantum network, optical orbital angular momentum chip and Issing machine, free electron radiation chip and ultra-narrow line width portable terahertz source, spectral imaging chip and optical acoustic crystal microcavity, low dimensional luminescent material synthesis and luminescent physics, semiconductor nanolaser and two-dimensional material electrochemistry light emitting devices. Di Qu, CEO of H-chip Tech. Group, Yu Wang, CEO of Seetrum Tech. and Xiangdong Li, CEO of Lightfunction Tech.  introduced the rapid development and growth of the transformation enterprise companies of our Lab. in the past year. Afterwards, Yunxiang Li, Li Zhu, Yan Wang, Yu Ye, Peng Zhao, Xin Yao, Tuo Qu, and Xiaoyan Wang introduced their career development, covering the upstream and downstream of the photoelectric industry chain, such as semiconductor wafer growth, chip design and packaging, module research and development and assembly, system integration and application, government science and technology management, venture capital and other fields. It shows the common pursuit of excellence and enterprising style of graduates in different positions.
