On March 30, 2023, Shanshan Qin, deputy Director of the Management Committee of Kunshan Development Zone, Lihua Gu, Director of Science and Technology Bureau, Zhigang Yang, chairman of NCS Testing Technology CO,.LTD, visited our laboratory and held a signing ceremony for the new free electron emission source technology project. 

Dr. Wei He, project leader of NCS Testing Technology CO,.LTD. introduced the technical index and industrialization prospect of an advanced photoelectron emission source used in electron microscope. Prof. Fang Liu introduced the research status of optoelectronic emission source technology and free electron radiation, and Prof. Wei Zhang introduced the mode of developing more extensive cooperation. In the future, the two sides will jointly carry out research on advanced photoemission sources, which can be used for electron microscopy observation with high time resolution, greatly reduce electron energy dispersion, and improve imaging resolution. In the future, this technology is expected to greatly promote the industrial maturity of ultrafast electron microscopy, which can be used for in-situ observation of materials and monitoring of chemical reaction processes.
