Introduction

Nano-optoelectronics is a rising inter-disciplinary field on the interactions between optical waves/photons and optoelectronic materials in nanoscale. Nano-Optoelectronics Lab. was founded in 2004, dedicated to exploring novel physical effects and optoel-ectronic characteristics of nanostructured materials and developing next generation optoelectronic and quantum functional devices, aiming at increasing requirements of new energy, environmental protection, biomedicine, and other fields for the modern society.
