On December 20, 2021，Dr. Di Qu, CEO of Tianjing H-chip Technology Group Corporation which incubated by our lab, won the top of the track with absolute advantage and the gold prize by “High-end optoelectronic chip pilot platform” program in "New Generation Information Technology" of the 1st National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. 

Dr. Di Qu expressed that after 4 years of development, Tianjing H-chip Technology Group Corporation has grown into a pioneer of domestic high-end optoelectronic process research and development foundry. In the future, the team will continue to contributing in this field for our country to occupy the commanding heights of high-end optoelectronic chips in the international arena.

The 1st National Post-Doctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the largest, highest-level, and most extensive national post-doctoral innovation and entrepreneurship competition held since the implementation of the post-doctoral system in the country.
