On July 28^th, 2022，Prof. Yidong Huang visited YanDong Mirco-Electronics (YDME) Co., Ltd with the invitation of Beijing Electronic Holding Co., Ltd (BEHC). Beijing YDME is founded in 1987 and is a key high-tech enterprise under BEHC now. YDME is also a well-known domestic IC manufacture and solution provider. The main products include power semiconductors, acousto-optic sensors, acousto-optic ASICs and precision devices, which are widely used in mobile communications, household appliances, sound transmission, power management and other fields.

At first, Prof. Huang visited the exhibition hall of scientific and technological achievements, and learned about the history, main products and process lines of YDME, as well as the under-going projects. After that, Prof. Huang had in-depth exchanges with the leaders from YDME and BEHC on the topics of building an innovation platform for micro/nano optoelectronics and the joint innovation between the industry and academia.
