On August 1, 2023, Photonics Research (PR), a journal of China Laser Press, successfully held the special workshop in Rohm Building of our department, which is the first one of the commemorative activities for the tenth anniversary. Since 2013, PR magazine has been committed to publishing high-quality research results in the field of optics and photonics, making continuous progress. The latest impact factor has reached 7.6, creating a new high, and continues to be in the Q1 area of JCR (Journal Citation Report).

PR magazine choose the first stop of its 10th anniversary event at the Department of Electronics at Tsinghua University. This event was prepared and organized by the teachers and students of our group cooperated with the assistance of China Laser Press, including multiple sessions such as editor in chief's special report, academic invited talks, panel discussion, and student poster presentation. It attracts more than 230 experts and students from more than 20 universities and research institutes in China to actively participate.
