Professor Wei Zhang delivered a keynote talk on the 2nd International Conference on Optical Communication and Optical Information Processing (OCOIP2024)
The 2nd International Conference on Optical Communication and Optical Information Processing (OCOIP2024) was held in Wuhan, China, from December 20 to 22, 2024. Professor Zhang Wei attended the conference and delivered a keynote talk titled “Quantum entanglement distribution networks based on four-wave-mixing quantum light sources,” highlighting the latest research advancements in quantum entanglement distribution networks of our laboratory, which had attracted significant attention from attendees.
OCOIP2024 was hosted by the School of Physics at Hefei University of Technology, in collaboration with the School of Communication and Information Engineering at Shanghai University and the Intelligent Photonic Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab). The conference focused on the latest theoretical advancements and experimental developments in the emerging fields of optical communication and optical information processing. It featured five sessions, including keynote talks, invited talks, oral presentations, and posters, covering the hottest topics and cutting-edge technologies in the fields of optical communication and optical information processing. The conference aimed to share research progresses, promote the development of the discipline and talent cultivation.
