返回We published a review paper on “Chinese Journal of Lasers”
A series of new physical mechanisms and unique optoelectronic properties in nanostructures provide the possibility to explore and study new optoelectronic chips. The title of this review article is “Novel functional optoelectronic chips based on nanostructure”. It summarized novel interactive mechanisms between light and materials in various photonic nanostructures, introduced our recent research progresses on nano-structured optoelectronic chips comprehensively, with novel functions such as light radiation stimulated by free electrons, light beam generation with orbit angular momentum (OAM), hyper/ultra-spectral imaging, and photonic quantum state generation and manipulation.
This review article was published at “Chinese Journal of Lasers” at August, 2021, highlighting as a back cover paper. Prof. Yidong Huang is the corresponding author of this article.
