On September 28, 2021, engineers Li Xiangdong and Chen Xi, graduate students, Diao Wenhao and Chen Lin visited Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.  and investigated their demand of intelligent sensing equipments.

Mr. Weimeng, General Manager, Mr. Li, manager of section Steel of Operation and Maintenance Department, and Mr. Gao, director of process of Motor Department attended the reception. The two sides conducted in-depth and extensive demand docking. There is are demands for research and experiment on the converter spectral temperature measurement, molten steel splash warning, furnace lining wall thickness measurement, ladle wall thickness measurement and warning. This can help Laisteel Group improve the level of intelligence and automation. After that, the site inspection of steelmaking workshop was carried out to evaluate the site environment to meet the requirements of experimental testing. This investigation plays a positive role in promoting the industrialization of intelligent perception technology in modern intelligent factory.
