From September 25 to 26, 2021, the “20th National Symposium on Basic Optics and Optical Physics” was held in Yanji. Associate Prof. Xue Feng was invited to give a presentation with the title of “All-optical universal linear transformation and applications”. In this presentation, our work about the all-optical universal linear transformation and the applications of quantum tomography, optical neuron network and photonic Ising machine have been reviewed.

In this symposium, there were more than 100 experts, scholars and graduate students from various universities and institutes, including Peking University, Tsinghua University and Chinese Academy of Sciences, et.al. The invited talks and posters cover many active fields in optics, such as optical micro-cavity, nonlinear optics, topological optics, image optics, optical spectroscopy, ultrafast optics, new optical devices and instruments, novel materials and technology.
