返回H-Chip Tech completed factory construction of phase II optoelectronic chip industrialization project
On August 2nd, H-chip Tech Group Co., LTD., a laboratory achievement transformation enterprise, held the completion ceremony for the factory construction of phase II optoelectronic chip industrialization project.
The building area of the factory is 17,500 square meters, and the area for clean room construction is about 7,000 square meters.
After the project is put into production, it will focus on the production of optoelectronic chips in the fields of high-end optical communication, optical sensing and augmented reality (AR), including 25G DFB laser, thin film LiNbO3 modulator, diffraction optical waveguide nanoimprinting template, etc. The preparation process of related devices in H-chip has reached the international advanced level.
