On April 23, 2023, Prof. Yidong Huang was invited to participate in the "Third Tsinghua Information Frontier Cross Forum" co-sponsored by the School of Information Science and Technology of Tsinghua University and Beijing National Research Center for Information Science and Technology, and gave a report entitled "Research on key fabrication processes of optoelectronic nano-structures".

 Prof. Huang introduced the research work focused on the frontier of optoelectronic chips. Her lab. made an original breakthrough in the core fabrication technology of nano-structures and reached the international leading level. The Advanced Optoelectronic Chip Innovation Center established in Tianjin supports the development of a variety of high-performance nano-optoelectronic chips, and provides customized chip processing and process development for more than 500 scientific research teams across the country. This achievement won the 2022 Tianjin Technology Invention Grand Prize. 

This forum has invited many Chinese scientists in the field of information technology to exchange discussions on major frontier scientific issues and key core technologies urgently needed to be solved in China. At the roundtable forum, many academicians gave their insights on the cutting-edge trends of information technology.
