Recently, Prof. Yidong Huang was invited to visit University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). Made a report entitled "Innovation Research and Industrialization of Optoelectronic Chips" at the "Master Lecture Hall" of UESTC, introduced the optoelectronic chips with new functions such as free electron radiation, hyperspectral imaging, and phonon sensing realized based on hyperbolic metamaterials, photonic crystal metasurface, nano-beam micro-cavity and other micro-nano structures. And the construction of the cross-material system optoelectronic chip process platform and related new optoelectronic chip industrialization process. After that, in the "Teaching Workshop" of USTC, Prof. Huang introduced the "Solid State Physics" course and textbook construction work of the Department of Electronics of Tsinghua University for electronic information discipline, and shared the exploration of teaching methods focused on improving the teaching effect and improving the learning efficiency. Faculty memebers from the College of Electronic Science and Engineering, Physics, integrated Circuits, Photoelectric Science and Engineering, etc. of UESTC took part in the activity.
