The summing up meeting of our laboratory was held in the multifunctional hall of Rohm Building on January 13th. Nearly 50 students and faculty members attended the meeting, and 4 engineering masters from the Institute for Electronic and Information Technology in Tianjin also accessed the meeting site via Tencent conference online. At the summing up meeting, 15 doctoral students and 5 master students from the second grade and above summarized their work. The students actively asked questions and discussed with lively and warm atmosphere. Refreshments, fruit, and a dinner were served during the meeting.In this semester, our research work has been carried out smoothly. By discussing and combing the research directions, we have focused on the research of quantum chip and network, opto-ising machine, free electron radiation system, spectral imaging chip, photoacoustic crystal chip, etc., and completed the construction of several large experimental platforms. At the same time, a new website for the lab was built. 8 SCI papers and 6 conference papers have been published, and 8 invited reports have been made on international and domestic academic conferences. 27 patents have been applied and 7 patents have been authorized. The achievements transformation work has been greatly promoted. The company of spectral imaging chip, Seetrum Technology, was inaugurated on October 15th. We also got shareholding of the company H-A Laser by our DFB laser patent. The cooperation with Suzhou Gusu Laboratory, Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Huawei, Optical Library and other enterprises has made substantial progress.

Looking forward to 2021, the research work of our laboratory will enter a period of rapid development, and we will redouble our efforts to achieve breakthrough progress in several research directions.
