From August 7 to 12, 2024, the 21st Quantum Optics Conference was held in Fuzhou, Fujian. In the conference, Master student Zhanping Jin provided an oral talk entitled "Tunable Silicon Quantum Light Source Based on On-Chip FSR-free Filters" in the quantum communication session, showing our progresses on integrated quantum light sources based on silicon photonic chips. His talk received the Outstanding Student Report Award of the conference. Ph. D candidate Dongning Liu provide a poster presentation entitled " Chip-to-chip quantum teleportation in 12 km fiber channel ", showing our recent work in the application of silicon photonic chips for quantum communications. The talk and presentation received wide attention and discussion from the participants.

This conference aimed to present the latest progresses on science and technology of quantum optics in China, and to discuss the current status and future prospects. It also provided a platform for face-to-face communication among domestic and foreign experts and scholars in order to further promote the development of quantum optics. The conference invited a number of well-known scholars to provide keynote talks on recent progresses and hot topics in this field for academic exchanges
