返回Prof. Cui Kaiyu leads team to attend the 10th Workshop on Microcavity Photonics and delivers invited talk
From August 3 to 5, 2025, Professor Cui Kaiyu, along with laboratory Ph.D. students Chen Ziming and Wang Chenxuan, participated in the 10th Workshop on Microcavity Photonics held at the International Conference Center of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Huairou District, Beijing. This year's conference was hosted by the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, bringing together renowned experts and outstanding young scholars in the field of microcavity photonics from both China and abroad. The workshop covered topics such as microcavity optomechanics, microcavity sensing, microcavity lasers, microcavity nonlinear optics, and microcavity quantum optics.
Professor Cui Kaiyu was invited to deliver a talk titled " Optomechanical Micro-Nano Sensing
Devices", presenting the team's research achievements in on-chip optomechanical sensing via phonon modulation and integrated sensing-computing spectroscopy based on photonic metasurfaces. Ph.D. students Chen Ziming and Wang Chenxuan participated in the poster session, engaging in active academic discussions with peers and experts in the field, where they shared their latest research on nanobeam optomechanic crystal microcavities.
During the conference, the laboratory’s faculty and students exchanged insights with leading research teams from universities and institutes worldwide, fostering academic collaboration and strengthening ties with peers in the field of microcavity photonics.
