On the morning of March 12, 2022, Feng Liu, director of Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, and his delegation visited JIE Center located in Tsinghua Tongfang Square. Prof. Yidong Huang and Prof. Fang Liu attended the reception and discussion.  

Prof. Huang introduced the Department of Electronic Engineering (EE Dept. ), Tsinghua University, including discipline development, talent team, the key research directions, and achievements transformation situation. She emphasized that EE Dept. has developed rapidly in recent years and has led the exploration of the achievement transformation patterns.  Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone provided a very fit application scenarios for the achievements transformation. With JIE center, EE Dept. will give full play to the power of science and technology, gather more talents, technology, capital, and other resources, to help the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone.  

Prof. Fang Liu introduced Beijing Optical Function Technology Co., LTD. (under establishment), one of the spin-off companies of our Lab., and proposed the company's future business planning and implementation requirements in Shanxi. 

 Prof. Huang and Prof. Liu also accompanied Director Feng Liu to visit the operation space of JIE Center and optical Function Technology Co., LTD. .
