Congratulations to Prof. Yidong Huang on her election as an International Member of the United States National Academy of Engineering (NAE)

Recently, the United States National American of Engineering (NAE) announced the list of new academicians, including 114 members of American nationality and 21 international members. Prof. Yidong Huang was elected as an international member for her contributions to “photonic sources and imagers and their translation to industry”. She is the first international member of NAE in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University.
