Fang Liu and Kaiyu Cui led a team to conduct spectral temperature measurement and converter wall thickness experiment in the Stainless Steel Factory of Tanggang

On December 25, 2020, Fang Liu, Kaiyu Cui and a research team of 6 people went to Tanggang Stainless Steel Co., LTD in Hegang to conduct temperature measurement with spectroscopic camera imaging and laser ranging of converter wall thickness.

The experimental team carried out the experimental work of temperature measurement with spectral cameras, successfully realized the coordination and testing of three spectral cameras, and obtained the spectral imaging data at different stages of converter steelmaking. At the same time, the team carried out some experiments of the converter wall thickness laser ranging, which laid a foundation for the further design and optimization of the engineering system.
