Di Qu, PhD graduate of our lab in 2012, was interviewed by Tianjin Daily -- Tianjin people's innovation and entrepreneurship in the past decade

"Based on the penetration of the next generation of mobile Internet, with the development of the integration of the concept of the meta-universe, virtual and reality, traditional microelectronics has been unable to fully meet the needs. The requirements for the miniaturized photoelectric chip will be higher and higher. The stage has come for optoelectronic devices."  In an interview with Tianjin Daily on May 18, 2022, Dr. Di Qu said this.  

Facing the world technological frontier, the main major national demand and the economy, as Chairman and CEO of H-chip Tech Group, a laboratory achievements transformation enterprise, Di Qu is leading the enterprise sustainable development, has grown into the pioneer of research and development of domestic high-end optoelectronic devices, and successfully launched many kinds of chips with micro-nano structure and laser chips. The newly completed optoelectronic chip industrialization project is also stepping up the construction, which can produce 36 million optoelectronic chips, and will further meet the information construction of China's high-end optoelectronic chip demand.
